Workshop on
"Communication Skills in the Couple Relationship - Creating Glorious Concordance"

During this workshop we will explore the different communication styles of men and women and learn some interesting “techniques” to help couples build greater trust and understanding between them. If you are struggling in your couple relationship this can be an excellent opportunity to begin to learn new ways of communicating and encouraging more harmony between you. It is also a great opportunity for couples who are relatively harmonious to enhance your relationship and begin exploring the deeper purpose of your union.

"Glorious Concordance" is a term used by Homer in the Odyssey to describe the type of relationship that can be developed between men and women if they are willing to undertake their own personal journeys of growth, and then open themselves to love as a decision. Antonio Mercurio, in his book "Hypotheses on Ulysses", explores this concept in depth and offers to modern readers a new way of reading the Odyssey and applying its wisdom to both our individual growth as well as our ability to create healthy, mature relationships.
